About The George and Devonshire, at the top of Church Street in Old Chiswick, but only 100 yards from the river Thames, is the nearest pub to local visitor attractions such as Chiswick House, Hogarth House and Chiswick Parish Church, St Nicholas of Myra, where Hogarth is buried. A public house since 1790, and in the 2007 Campaign for Real Ale Good Beer Guide, the pub boasts an atmospheric saloon lounge, public bar with pool and darts and secluded terrace. In addition, we have a separate function room for:

There is a solid wood floor for discos and dancing and space for Art exhibitions. The room can be hired for music, filming, auditions, etc., but there is no charge for most events. Buffets or set menus and drinks service are available.
