Each mini site can include photos, contact details, event or competition information, booking info, venue history, capacity, seating, areas, P.A and lighting Specs, Location, map and direction, gig listings and include multiple links to your official website.

Unrestricted access

As a member of V&B you will have completely unrestricted access to all members profiles and content allowing you to view all of their information. Non-members have restricted access when viewing a profile, which only allows them to view approximately 50% of any members profile.

Gigs

Whether you are looking for a signed or unsigned band, your mini site will allow you to interact with all the bands, record labels and managers and book gigs simply, quickly and directly online.

Finding Bands

V&B plays host to all kinds of bands, both signed and unsigned from across the globe, that are looking for gigs in the UK. With a variety of search options to choose from, you can be assured that your search results only list the bands that fit your search criteria. Search results are clear and informative helping you save time and allow you to instantly recognize if you would like to find out more about a band. You can then view a complete mini site about each band, including their hire cost, which locations they are willing to travel and all of their band information, such as photos, music, interviews, gig listings, reviews, status, separate band member info, contact details, links to merchandise, official website and more photos.

Book bands directly online

As soon as you have decided you would like to set up an event, you can start booking bands on V&B. To book bands on V&B you can first search for them using our extensive search engines or music search option, view their profiles and then either contact them directly via their profile or personal contact information, or you can use our online booking system to send multiple offers to multiple bands at once by adding bands to your booking list first. You add a band to your booking list simply by selecting a link on a bands profile. All offers are automatically stored in both the event promoters and bands diaries, together with all the event information. Bands have the option to accept or reject offers and all of the event progress is instantly updated in the diaries of all the members involved.

Gig Requests

V&B is all about helping bands find gigs and has a variety of ways to help them interact with venues and independent promoters. As a promoter you can detail as much information about the venues you work with and the best way to request a gig for each event. On top of this V&B provides a gig request system, which allows bands to request a gig with a venue or event promoter instantly via their profile.

Organise

As a member of V&B you will be provided with an online diary. Your diary is used to store any information about any band offers, bookings or requests you have made. Your diary can include any details about your events such as dates, times, offer details, gig status and provide direct links to any band involved and the event profile which is used to promote your events.

Promote

Everyone on V&B has a press centre to help promote their events. The press centre provides you with your own personal mail-out, subscriber list, and sign-up box to help you build your event promotions. Your press centre is set up to make sure anyone who joins your subscriber list will receive detailed information about all of the events you add to your diary. All of your events will also have their own event profile with a unique URL, they will be listed in the UK Entertainment guide and appear in the featured events on the front page of V&B.

If you are looking for a new venue to hold an event at, V&B is just the place to search, view and contact all types of venues from pubs to festivals across the UK. V&B provides the most comprehensive search options to help you find specific venues anywhere in the UK. The search results will then provide you with more than enough information to help you make a decision which venues interest you most, allowing you to finally view a complete venue mini site containing everything you would wish to know about a venue to find out more.

As a member of V&B you can contact anyone directly via their own personal email address. All emails are also stored in the members V&B mailbox.

Keep up to date on the latest bands

If you are looking for new talent we will keep you up to date on all the new bands each week as and when they arrive. You can also search for bands that have joined in the last week, 2 weeks or in the last month on V&B.

Profile Assistance

You don't have to be a computer genius or a design expert to build a mini site on V&B. Anything you can't do we can help you with and we like to help you with anything we can, to ensure that all profiles on V&B are suitably completed and informative in the interest of everyone on the site.
