Philip Morgan Lewis

With his unique vocal style and trademark soul/electro/pop fusion, Philip produces music he describes as "electronic soul". Studio album Reborn, released in March 2010 is the triumphant celebration of his craft as a singer/songwriter/producer. From the emotive and socially conscious Can't Let Money Rule and the almost psychedelic tones of Our Story, with its lush strings and guitars, to the catchy electro-pop beats on Elektronik Soul.
Philip's music pedigree is steeped in soul and blues with a nod to electro house music. With his own house music label Bamboola Prod, he weaved his production magic performing and featuring with the great and the good - Robert Owens, Carl Craig, Dr Kucho and Kid Crème - to name but a few. His unique vocal talents feature on some of the craftiest house tracks of the last decade.
In 2007 Philip set up independent record label Elektronik Soul Records in London, fusing his background as an electro house producer with eclectic acoustic soul influences. The result is a perfectly blended musical cocktail - powerful 60s and 70s soul, energetic pop-electronica beats with a blues/rock undertone.
2010 sees Philip ready to showcase his album Reborn - with a tight five-piece band behind him audiences can look forward to his breathtaking vocals wrap seamlessly around a soul core. Add to this his intelligent, thought-provoking and self-penned lyrics and his shows are set to storm venues across London.
